Intermittent Delay with e-sign Services

On Monday, April 18, 2022 at 3:00 PM ET, some customers were reporting degraded performance connecting to a third party program providing e-sign services. 

We have confirmed the issue has been resolved. In an abundance of caution however, please confirm signatures in returns you have sent out for e-signature.
