To check the status of an e-filed return, complete the following steps:
- Log into the Refunds Today support site.
- Select the Support tab.
- Click Return Status.
- Enter the Taxpayer's SSN/EIN.
- Select the Tax Year.
- Click Search.
- Notes:
- The Federal e-File status, state e-File status, bank product information and disbursement, if applicable will be displayed.
- If the return has been reject, then the rejection reason(s) will also display.
