Connecticut will be honoring the IRS postmark date, as well as the requested payment date of any payments sent during this outage.
Since CT will honor postmark and payment dates, our Electronic Filing Center (EFC) will
continue to send submissions during the window. Please transmit your returns as normal through your tax software.
