MeF Individual Income Tax

Michigan is experiencing delays in processing individual income tax production returns. We are working to resolve the issue and apologize for any inconvenience this may cause you and your customers.

The Michigan Department of Treasury has reported that this issue has been resolved. They are working on new submissions and expect to be caught up later today.

MeF Individual Income and Business Tax E-file Update

We are currently unable to retrieve new submissions from the IRS MeF system and are researching the issue.

We apologize for the inconvenience and appreciate your patience while we work to resolve the disruption in service.

State News: Michigan Is Experiencing Technical Issues

 The Michigan Treasury has sent us the following announcement:

We are experiencing technical issues where we have some unacknowledged submissions from 5/21/2023, and have not been able to retrieve new submissions since 5/22/2023. We are working diligently on the issue and hope to be current soon.
