State News: Update Florida Acknowledgments Are Delayed
Update
Please be advised that the Florida Department of Revenue is continuing to work through their backlog of submissions. The oldest submissions have a post mark date of 03/15/2023.

The Florida Department of Revenue has made us aware that their Modernized e-File (MeF) production application is currently backlogged on sending ACKs due to the large number of incoming submissions. Some of these submissions have post mark dates of 3/11/2023 - 3/13/2023.
No action is required by you. They are working to process this backlog as quickly as possible.
