Please read the below important notification from the Colorado Department of Revenue. We will update this blog post as more information becomes available.
Colorado is currently experiencing a delay in retrieving all MeF returns from the IRS. We are actively working with their team to resolve the issue and expect it to be fixed within the next few days. Once resolved, all outstanding returns will be retrieved in the order they were submitted, and acknowledgments will be sent out promptly.
If you have received an EFC Reject 38 on Alabama, Colorado, and Georgia C Corp, S Corp, and Partnership returns this is because these states have not been approved yet by the State agencies.
A new Alabama and Georgia module will be delivered to put diagnostics in place to prevent eFile creation and then another module release will enable eFile support once agency approval is obtained.
