The reject code was triggering when there was a negative source income and a ratio of 0.000000. We have a resolution for these rejections set for release to production the night of February 11, 2025.
Please hold any returns that include this scenario and/or resubmit any returns with this reject code after 9 AM EST/ 7 AM MST on February 12, 2025.
