As a part of our ongoing commitment to provide our customers with an intuitive and organized experience with our Support Resources, the TaxWise Support Site has been enhanced. The site is now easier to navigate and promotes use of our self-help tools.

1. TaxWise Solution Page
The menu options are now present on the Solution Center before you login.2. My Information Menu
- The My Account menu has been brought under the My Information menu.
- Shipping Schedule has been removed
- Partner Services has been moved to the new “Business Partners” Menu

- Reorganized the menu options to provide self-service options closer to the top
4. Downloads Menu
- Reorganized menu option
- Return Retrieval added to this menu (moved from Support Menu)
5. E-File Menu
- Reorganized menu options
- Added “Client Portal Learning Portal”
- Added “Education and CPE” option with links to the Small Firm offerings of CPELink products
